How our Netflix Habits Could Redefine our Reputation

The quiet rise of behavior-based scoring—and what we need to know

Hi friends,

My turn for flu. It was a rough stretch of body aches, chills, and exhaustion that completely took me out. But happy to report that I’m finally back on my feet. And nothing says “I’m healed” quite like beating both my husband and my son at ping pong.

It’s the one sport where I still reign supreme. No mercy. 😂

Perfect game for the summer.

Hope you’re all staying well and maybe finding your own little wins this week.

When you have a minute, check out the latest podcast episode. It’s all about how the world is quietly measuring us (aka “social credit”). I have some thoughts on what we can do about it.

Have a blessed week!

What If Less

Is Actually More?

TRUTH IN

FAITH OUT

A new study found that 75% of people would be more likely to visit nature if their doctor told them to. The growing “park prescribing” movement is showing real results: lower stress, better heart health, even longer life. Just from spending intentional time outdoors.

TRUTH IN: Scripture tells us, He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul” (Psalm 23:2–3). I think god knew God knew from the beginning that our souls were wired to be renewed in His creation.

FAITH OUT: So if we trust a doctor’s note to send us outside… then how can we get doctors to prescribe a littleJesus? 😊 What might happen if we actually responded to God’s invitation to walk with Him daily? The world prescribes nature. Good start, but what we really need is a daily dose of Jesus.
